Custom-Made Products
All products sold by LilMonal are personalized and made to order specifically for each customer. Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.
Please carefully review all personalization details, including names, photos, text, colors, and sizes before placing your order. LilMonal is not responsible for customer-provided errors.
Eligible Refunds & Replacements
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If any of the following issues occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly help resolve the issue:
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Manufacturing defect or printing error
- Wrong item received
- Missing item from your order
To report a problem, please email us at lilmonalcreations@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your package immediately after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom-made and personalized, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect personalization information submitted by the customer
- Color variations caused by screen/display settings
- Orders delayed by shipping carriers
- Sale items or gift cards
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible because the item is custom-made specifically for you.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Delivery dates are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
LilMonal is not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges on personalized products. If your item qualifies due to damage, defect, or seller error, we will send a replacement after verification.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, personalized and custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
